Unibuild's Process
Feasibility Assessment
- Project Assessment evaluates feasibility, optimizing land use and value for the client, while considering codes, bylaws, and other factors.
- Discuss budget ranges based on scope, specifications, and finishes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Construction Stage
- Consolidate permit submission documents, select consultants based on project needs, and submit applications to municipalities.
- Identify value engineering opportunities by suggesting material and scope adjustments.
- Provide detailed budget breakdowns and develop a project construction schedule.
Construction Planning
- Delegate Unibuild’s project team and hire contractors to establish smooth execution protocols.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings to ensure coordination, involve all consultants, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor the budget, track expenses, and maintain cash flow statements.
Project Commissioning
- Consolidate field reviews and municipal inspections for final inspection.
- Complete final inspection, including warranty certificate and stakeholder payments.
- Provide final project report, security deposit return, and retainer adjustments.
